Job Description: 

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is looking for a dynamic leader to assist the Capital Finance Director in administering airport business and finance activities. Responsibilities include managing outstanding debt; heading the functional areas of capital financing; interest rate analysis and credit facility negotiations; and management of the daily operations of a complex $400 million commercial paper program, and bond funds. Job Requirements: Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or related field; AND Six (6) years of experience working in investment banking, municipal finance, public policy, financial advisory, or fixed asset management. This experience must include at least two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience

Substitution: Possession of a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Finance, or a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience above (not the 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience).

Desirable Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulations pertaining to capital finance. Experience in managing complex capital programs. Ability to conduct oral presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Experience with Commercial Paper program.
